• 30 minutes: Blood pressure and heart rate return to their normal level, as well as the temperature of hands and feet.
• 8 hours: The breathing is deeper and there is a better pulmonary oxygenation.
• 24 hours: Decreases the risk of dying from a heart attack and / or sudden death.
• 48 hours: The senses of taste and smell regenerate.
• 3 months: Physical capacity increases and fatigue is reduced.
• 12 weeks: Improves blood circulation and the functioning of the lungs.
• 9 months: Cough disappears, nasal congestion, as well as the feeling of lack of oxygen.
