What are the sports you can practice?

Besides the weather, summer is the season of the year in which people have more time to recreate in physical activities, which not only encourage social interaction but the burning of calories and the proper functioning of the body.

However, before performing any exercise routine Ángel Hernández, head of the Sports Medicine and Traumatology Unit of the Hospital de Madrid Group, recommends the following to avoid risks in the summer:

1. Always wear light, loose clothing that allows perspiration.

2. Do it in the first or last hours of the day.

3. You should not try to recover from dehydration in five minutes, but you should do so progressively.

Physical activities during the summer, in addition to helping you feel better, can promote your emotional relationships.

 

What are the sports you can practice?

1. Racket sports. Pin-pon and tennis are sports in which while you spend a pleasant time interacting with your game partner you put in shape the body with an aerobic exercise combined with the practice of coordination and agility, since in this type of exercises the organism it adjusts to the flight of the ball and changes of direction of the same.

2. Beach Volleyball . In an hour-long beach volleyball game about 484 calories are burned, while at the launch of Frisbee only about 208 calories per hour are burned.

3. Bicycle. It is another of the outdoor activities that allows, in this way, to enjoy the place of holidays at the same time that you realize a complete exercise and that can do from the biggest ones to the smallest ones.
