Vegetable light Omelette

The egg white is a nutritious food that contains proteins , healthy fats, vitamins Y minerals . According to a recent study of the University of Chicago , egg white breakfast promotes the weightloss .


The egg white is a rich source of vitamin E, selenium and zinc. Under scientific studies it has been shown that these antioxidants reduce the risk of waterfalls .


 

Omelet of vegetables


Ingredients


1 teaspoon of vegetable oil
2/3 cup of corn
1/2 cup of zucchini
3 tablespoons finely chopped onion
Salt
2 tablespoons of water
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
3 egg whites
1 whole egg
2 tablespoons smoked gouda cheese, grated

 


Preparation

1. Heat a little oil in a pan over medium heat. Add corn, zucchini and a pinch of salt. Sauté for 4 minutes. Remove from the fire.


2. In a bowl, mix the water, whites and the whole egg. Salpimenta to taste. Pour over a hot pan. Remove with a spatula.


3. Pour the mixture and spices into the pan. Cook for 2 minutes, until it is firm. Lift the sides of the omelet, let the mixture of eggs come in contact with the pan. Distribute the vegetable mixture over half of the omelette and sprinkle the cheese. Fold it in half over the vegetable mixture. Cook for 2 minutes or until the cheese melts. Enjoy your meal!
