Ingredients for 6 servings


  1. Water, the necessary
  2. 500 grams of nixtamal mass
  3. One and a half cups of cottage cheese
  4. Four tablespoons of olive oil
  5. A quarter cup of finely chopped cham onion
  6. Four chopped serrano chiles
  7. Three cups of chopped mixed zucchini
  8. A bunch of pumpkin flower, without pistils, slightly chopped
  9. Three tablespoons of finely chopped coriander
  10. Salt and pepper to taste
  11. A ripe avocado
