As of January 2017, the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit (SHCP) announced that all the invoices of fees obtained this year for services of nutritionists and psychologists, may already be deductible,

The Tax Administration Service (SAT), also warned that these two services will already enter as a deductible in your 2017 Annual Statement that is submitted in 2018.

The only requirement is that the receipt of fees is electronic, issued by a professional with a card and that the payment is also by electronic means (payment with credit or debit cards),
