1.- The appointment is official and you meet your new team to talk with them about this new era, your key message is:
a) No one here thinks, things are done as I say, and who does not like it goes.
b) I ask you to make an effort, I trust your talent and I know we will give good results.
c) You have to delegate responsibilities, so they will do everything and I will review the final work.

2 .- You have to get involved in other areas so neither slow nor lazy, assume any of these attitudes:
a) Superman falls short by your side, so you announce that their problems are over, because you are in front, but no idea what to do.
b) Show interest in knowing the functions of their areas and needs, and commit to present a proposal that meets their objectives.
c) You make your appearance, but you take with you to your best element so that he takes note and he takes charge of executing the necessary tasks.

3.- You entrusted one of your collaborators with an important task, but when he gives you the results, you realize that it was not what you required, how do you react?
a) you start yelling at him while you hit the desk and disqualify his work. Everyone has to know who is in charge here!
b) You appreciate their effort and you explain with patience, what it takes to be complete.
c) You call your attention for not saying you did not understand and ask someone else to help you do it the right way.

4.- You attend a meeting with your partner who is a project leader. When she introduces you, she omits mentioning your new position, what do you do?
a) You put green of courage and immediately add: "I am director of the area and head of it, so there is no doubt".
