Suflé of low calorie cheese

Ingredients:

  1. Two egg whites
  2. Half a teaspoon of yeast
  3. A cup of fresh cheese
  4. An egg yolk

preparation:
Heat the oven to 150 degrees and grease a souffle mold with a little olive oil.
