Study combat premature aging

An investigation of the British Heart Foundation and the Medical Research Council (MRC) of the United Kingdom , reveals that studying could be related to the combat of some of the factors that lead to premature aging.

After conducting tests on men and women aged 53 to 76 years, and ruling out other factors such as age, gender, cholesterol or tobacco consumption, they observed that people with low levels of education they were linked to a shorter youthful time.

According to specialists, no matter where you work today, having studied helps you rejuvenate and keep you that way longer; however, there does seem to be a correlation between the level of study and a greater probability of preventing premature aging.

In addition, studying not only keeps you active, but also trains your mind to solve everyday problems and find more practical and effective solutions.

Because the brain has been active since the first decades of life, it becomes more skilled in a crisis situation; So if your student days are over, you can prevent premature aging by enrolling in a workshop or course in the afternoon and learn something new.
