Strengthen your arms with lizards

According to the physical work trainers, one of the most effective exercises to tone and strengthen the arms, are the Lizards.

This is the most complete work for the upper part of the body. In addition to strengthening the chest, shoulders and triceps, exercise your abs, glutes, as well as the upper and lower back of the body.

To do the push-ups, place yourself face down on the floor, lie down and lean on your fists, with your arms folded. Then, place the tip of your feet on the ground and keep your body in a straight line throughout the movement. Remember to keep your stomach contracted as well as your gluteal muscles.
