Aging is a part of the process of growing up ... We live, we experience and we learn our lessons, but sometimes too many bad experiences can affect the personality and create a emotional charge from which it is sometimes difficult to get rid of.

3.- Accept the change

Part of getting older is growing. This means that you have to be able to accept the changes that brings life and adapt them to your life . The change is even more inevitable than aging. Fight against him, it will only leave you old, dry and wrinkled.

Just follow the flow and live every day in the present. Never worry about the past or the future. After all, living with freedom is to let others live with freedom.

4.- Appreciate the small things
