Makes for two servings.

2 flour tortillas for burritos (large)

4 eggs

2 tablespoons of milk

2 tablespoons chopped coriander

2 butter spoons

½ avocado, without peeled bone and in die

½ piece of grated Manchego cheese

2 cream spoons

Salt and pepper



1. Preheat the oven 350 degrees and place the tortillas.
