Savor salads

The secret of a rich salad It is in the condiments that we use and that can be prepared easily at home, dispensing with once and for all vinaigrettes and commercial sauces.

In fact, few ingredients are needed to enrich the salads that are very healthy

These are vital for the organism. For this reason, we introduce you to "tsatziki", a refreshing Greek sauce from Garlic Y yogurt , very easy to make and that will undoubtedly make a difference in your dishes and keep you "online".

Ingredients and preparation of "tsatziki"

With only 15 minutes you can prepare this delicious sauce, whose portions are for four people. The ingredients are:

• 2 teeth of Garlic
• 2 grains of black pepper
• ½ cucumber medium
• 1 teaspoon oregano
• ½ teaspoon dill
• ½ teaspoon Salt
• ½ teaspoon soft vinegar
• 1 teaspoon lemon
• ½ small cup of olive oil
• 2 natural yogurts .

 

Preparation mode

In a molcajete crush the garlic and pepper well; later he adds the cucumber lined, oregano , dill , the Salt , the lemon , vinegar Y oil .

Now mix well and add the yogurt , stirring everything until getting a homogeneous paste that is poured into a glass jar, covered and stored in the refrigerator.

Let it rest a minimum of three or four hours before serving it. Remember to keep it in a glass container, covered and keep it in refrigeration.

If you want a stronger flavor, just add more garlic. Do not forget to drain the cucumber well. Ideally, place it on a cloth and squeeze it to remove as much liquid as possible. Another good way to eat the "tsatziki" is to spread it on bread with oregano and a touch of garlic. You'll love it!
