Rice with mushrooms

Ingredients:

1.- ½ kilo of mushrooms. 2.- 60 grams of bacon. 3.- ¾ of butter bar. 4.- ½ chopped onion. 5.- 1 chopped garlic clove. 6.- 2 cups of arborio rice (sold in the department stores). 7.- 1 ½ cup of dry white wine. 8.- 4 cups of beef broth. 9.- 1 teaspoon of nutmeg. 10.- 1 ½ cups of Parmesan cheese. 11.- 1 cup of parsley, finely chopped; onion to taste and olive oil.

 

preparation:

1.- Chop the bacon and add it to a hot pan with a drizzle of olive oil, to brown it; Remove and reserve. 2.- Cut the mushrooms into pieces and place them in the same pan; save and reserve. 3.- In another pan, melt ¼ of the butter stick and add the onion and garlic. Add the bacon again and add the arborio rice. Cook, until when moving, the rice begins to season. 4.- Pour the wine and let it evaporate, without stopping to move; Season with pepper and nutmeg. 5.- Pour a cup of beef broth and stir occasionally; when it is consumed, it adds little by little the missing broth. 6.- Once the rice is al dente, remove from the heat. 7.- Add the mushrooms, a quarter of butter bar in squares and a cup of Parmesan cheese. To decorate, sprinkle more Parmesan cheese and parsley.
