A study of University of Chicago noted that sleeping more than six hours a day helps eliminate excess grease , especially if you are doing some diet .

The investigation indicates that while we make a Diet to lose weight , sleeping all night causes you to lose more amount of grease .

In this sense the University of Chicago , clarifies that the person who sleeps on average 5.5 hours a day, loses the same weight as who sleeps 8.5 hours, but fat burning is 50%.

The explanation is that when the sleep hours are decreased, the levels of the ghrelin hormone , responsible for stimulating hunger and reducing the energy expenditure , in addition to promoting the retention of fats .

In this regard, the director of the study, Plamen Penev , states: "For the first time, we have evidence that the number of hours of sleep can make a difference in the outcome of a slimming diet ”.

Penev emphasizes that if a person's goal is to lose weight , the dream is basic to reach your goals, because the body is prepared to burn the excess body fat and achieve the desired goals.
