5. Arthritis

It is due to aging, wear or break in the joint, which often causes pain, swelling and stiffness.

Some ways to prevent this discomfort are: sleep with a pillow between your legs, avoid activities that lead to overload (weights), try to maintain a healthy weight, and verify that your shoes are in good condition.

If the pain is very intense you can choose to take analgesics. However, if it is very persistent it is important that you go to the doctor as soon as possible.
