When we train we usually have a goal, be it to lose weight, gain muscle mass or strengthen some part of our body; in my case, it was to stay in shape.

An important change that I made in my exercise and diet routine helped me achieve it: include the Chobani Greek-style yogurt as recommended by my coach, a portion before 2 hours have passed after I finish my routine.

Why? As my coach explained to me, the body needs to recover from physical exhaustion and the burning of energy; and a healthy way to achieve it is with nutritious food, and never with junk food.
