Timely detection, key to lengthen life

Based on information from National Institute of Cancerology (INCan), prostate cancer develops in the glandular cells and grows slowly. It can be detected early and overcome successfully if regular check-ups are performed.

In its initial stages, it is asymptomatic, but it is recommended to visit the doctor if you have a weak, frequent or bloody urinary flow; pain in the spine, hips and ribs; weakness or numbness in the legs and feet, as well as incontinence.

To detect it, only a blood test, the PSA test or a digital rectal exam are needed. And you, how many revisions do you make each year?
