Taking all this into account, the project Adapted Basic Nutrition (ABA) proposes prepared foods of smooth and homogeneous texture, as a purees Y porridge , and concentrates of energy, proteins and minerals controlled in salt, cholesterol and sugars and of pleasant taste, which at all times take into account the general and specific needs of the elderly. What it is about is to provide all the necessary nutrients in a balance diet and especially designed for them.
