President-elect of Brazil free of cancer

The newly elected President of Brazil, Dilma Rousseff was diagnosed lymphatic cancer since 2009 and now the Brazilian press has announced that it does not show any indication of the return of this type of cancer, according to the doctors who treat it, reports the news network Telesur.

The doctors of Rousseff affirm that the malignant tumor, of 2,5 centimeters, already was extracted and in 90% of the cases the patient recovers.

The new president affirms that analysis has already been carried out at the Hospital Sírio Libanés in the city of Sao Paulo and is cancer free today, so the Brazilian economist is ready to exercise power as first woman president in the 121 years of the Brazilian republic.

Dilma Rousseff was submitted during the year 2009 to a chemotherapy treatment where he managed to overcome the lymphoma, after which he was launched to the candidacy by the presidency.
