Prepare your body!

Have you ever wondered what it takes to be a fighter in the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC)?

This is one of the fastest growing sports in the world, and therefore the fitness industry also offers combat training sessions for UFC, for those who want to increase the preparation, strength and physical condition, without necessarily having interest in entering in real combat of the specialty.

One of the pillars of this discipline is the use of mixed martial arts, in which two fighters compete inside an octagonal ring enclosed on all sides with a wire fence, but,What does it take to be a UFC fighter?

Prepare your body!

1. Abdominals . The key is to perform 100 crunches with the legs raised, and that everything is done effort in the "center" abdomen and not in the back or neck.

2. Lizards. You can do it with your legs raised and you can lower your chest and arms straight. The goal is to strengthen the arms. Try 100 repetitions a day.

3. Burpees . To perform the burpees correctly, the standing exercise begins, in an upright position, with the feet perpendicular to the shoulders.

Start the movement: place your hands on the ground, stretch your legs with an explosive impulse to finish in the right position. The idea is to perform a flexion touching the floor with the chest (if possible); 50 a day will be enough.

4. Squats. Keep your torso erect, lower body by bending the knees and put your abdomen; perform 50 to 60 repetitions without bending your back.

5. Displacements. They are resistance exercises that allow you to work your buttocks, the quadriceps muscles and those that comprise the biceps femoris. It is a simple, effective and complementary exercise of squats. Start with 50 repetitions.
