Power Crunch tones your legs

What material do you need?

Dumbbell League

1. Use the dumbbells. Stand with the legs open and knees bent at 90 °. Lift the gluteus slightly.

2. Lift the leg back to the level of the hip. The support leg always carries an extra workload for quadriceps, while the extended leg focuses on the gluteus.

3. Lower the leg with a long step back. Return to the starting position, raise the leg to the height of the hip and lower it. Do 16 repetitions.

4. Take the league and try it with one foot. Raise your arms to shoulder height. Take the other leg back, bend both knees to 90 ° to tone the quadriceps.

5. Take the leg that you have behind to the side. Slow the extended to one side. The league brings some resistance and will demand control of your body. Make 16 times.

6. At four points, lift the leg to one side with the knee bent. Bring the knee to the shoulder and return. Without lowering the knee from the level of the hip, lift and return. Do 8 repetitions with both legs.

7. Repeat the previous exercise but this time with the leg extended. First take it towards the shoulder and finally, with circular movements, in both directions. Do 8 repetitions with both legs.
