Pear and cheese salad, a very nutritious mix

Ingredients:

1.- A large package of mixed lettuces washed and disinfected. 2.- 200 grams of fresh cheese, panela or oaxaca (choose the one of your preference) 3.- 3 ripe pears. 4.- ¼ cup of walnut. 5.- 1 lemon

 

For the vinaigrette:

1.- 1/2 cup of olive oil. 2.- ¼ cup of apple cider vinegar. 3.- ½ teaspoon of chicken bouillon powder. 4.- 1 clove of garlic. 5.- ¼ teaspoon of sugar. 6.- ¼ teaspoon of mustard. 7.- 1 teaspoon of seasoning juice. 8.- The juice of a lemon.

 

preparation:

1.- To prepare the vinaigrette, pour all the ingredients in a bowl, except the olive oil. Mix everything perfectly, until it is incorporated and add the oil in the form of thread. 2.- Peel and cut the pears in segments and add a few drops of lemon juice, to avoid rusting. 3.- Split the nuts in half. 4.- Part the lettuces and mix with the pear segments and the crumbled cheese. Bathe with the vinaigrette sauce; add the nuts and go.
