  6. 4 cloves of garlic
  7. 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  8. ¾ chopped onion
  9. Sliced ​​lettuce
  10. Radishes
  11. Lemons
  12. Salt
  13. Ground oregano

Preparation mode

 

  1. Cook the meat in a pot with 1/4 onion, a clove of garlic, water to cover the meat and add salt to taste. Let it cook for 45 minutes, approximately or until the meat is cooked.
  2. Remove the meat from the pot, unsheathe it and remove it.
  3. Wash the corn and in the same water of the meat put to cook the corn and add a little more salt. Let it cook for 1 hour.
  4. Serve the broth, corn and meat to a pot to finish cooking the pozole.
  5. Blend three garlic, half onion, chile guajillo, then strain this mixture and empty it in the stock pot, corn and meat.

2 pumpkins cut into small pieces

 

Preparation
