Dried fruits with sherry

Ingredients for 8 people

  1. One hundred grams of walnut
  2. One hundred grams of almonds
  3. One hundred grams of Indian walnut
  4. One hundred grams of pitted prunes
  5. An orange cubed
  6. Three cups of sweet sherry
  7. The grated orange 1
  8. A slice of cinnamon

Preparation

Place the first five ingredients in a refractory and reserve. Boil the sherry with the grated and cinnamon, for three minutes. Allow to cool completely. Empty the mixture over the nuts. Serves in bowls.
