Mustard chicken skewers

Ingredients

1 1/2 cup of ketchup
1 cup prepared mustard
1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar
12 envelopes of canderel
1 tablespoon of English sauce
1/2 tablespoon of maple extract
1/2 tablespoon ground black pepper
2 tablespoons of butter or margarine
450 grams of chicken breasts cut into cubes
2 small zucchini cut, crosswise, cubed
12 mushrooms
1 green pepper cut into pieces

Preparation

1. Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan, except the chicken.
2. Cook over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes.
1. Thread chicken and vegetables on skewers.
2. Roast the chicken over medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes.
3. Heat the sauce and pour over the skewers before serving.
