Alicia Sánchez states that bullying includes all aggressive, intentional, eventual or repeated attitudes that occur without apparent motivation, adopted by one or more students over another schoolmate causing pain and anguish; executed within an unequal power relationship.

"Consequently, aggressive, eventual or repeated acts between equals and the imbalance of power are the essential characteristics that make possible the intimidation of the victim," he says.

It indicates that the social aggressions try to isolate the young person of the rest of the group and companions; those of a sexual nature are related to siege, induction or sexual abuse, and cyber bullying is anonymous or open harassment recorded by interactive electronic means.
