Runner knee

Achilles tendinitis is classified into two: acute and chronic. The pain associated with acute tendinitis lasts only at the beginning of the race and can be relieved during and after exercise. It does not last more than a week. The chronicle, on the other hand, can last for weeks or months. The pain It is constant throughout the race and when going up or down stairs.
