Mind-body exercises reward you

Mr. La Forge (Yoga instructor) conducts research on the exercises of body and mind . He launched a five-year study of 110 senior executives of companies in the United States and followed their habits with the program: exercise and techniques that incorporate mind and body.

Devotees say that the regime of Mind-body exercise has a reward at the workplace, Barry Moltz, 36, founder and CEO of CHTech International, a distributor of hardware and software catalog sales, started doing yoga to balance the pressures of growing a business and starting a family. He continues to work in a gym and travels to work by bicycle, but also meditates on the position of half a lotus for 15 or 20 minutes at night after your two small children have fallen asleep.

"I think the most difficult part of running a company is that it takes a lot of time. When I meditate, that really allows me to relax and Concentrate all my energies in one place ", He says. "Now, when I'm in a meeting, I focus on it, instead of thinking about other things, people really respond when you're totally focused on them."
