Menu to avoid gluten anemia and poisoning

Menu suggestion:

1. Breakfast: rice cereal with milk and fresh fruit, fruit smoothies and yogurt, cottage cheese with cinnamon and apples, omelette with cheese and vegetables or eggs with turkey bacon.

2. Lunch and dinner: tuna on a bed of green leaves with fresh fruit, veal (or poultry, seafood ...) with chopped vegetables on brown rice; fajitas with beef with vegetables or quesadillas (corn tortillas); roast turkey or meat with corn tortillas and vegetables in pieces; skewers of chicken on rice and ice cream, or baked potatoes with cheese and vegetables.

3. Refreshments: rice crackers with cheese, chickpea puree (hummus) or peanut butter; nachos of corn tortillas with cheese and salsa, celery with cream cheese, peanut butter or cheese spread; pudding, ice cream or yogurt with strawberries and whipped cream; roasted apple, or popcorn.

To avoid contamination of your food by other products with gluten , before beginning to prepare them clean the surfaces and kitchen utensils. Try to have separate ingredients that others also use, such as jams, mayonnaise and butters or creams.
