Measure what you eat!

According to the program "5 per day" of the Ministry of Health (Ssa) , the terms portion and ration have been used to refer to the same thing, however, there is a big difference:

Ration: E s the amount that is recommended to eat to keep our body healthy.
Portion: It refers to the amount of food you decide to eat, which may or may not exceed your ration.

There are some variants to measure the portions that we eat, these measures can be taken as "emergency".
