When talking with someone, I assure you that your eyes will be on the face of the other person , which contains a lot of information that sometimes we do not give the necessary importance. It is the result of emotions, decisions, environment and DNA that we inherit.

The face brings a significant burden of emotions that we experience every day. It is a self-diagnostic tool that helps evaluate our different perceptions of the world.

Therefore, the face changes and it is proven that bones take 10 years, muscles and cartilage around 2 and 3 years to change.

In addition to having physical characteristics, it is always in motion. The emotions are crystallized by gestures in it. There are people who do it in an obvious way and others who do not.

For the latter, microexpressions are the way to do it. It is involuntary emotional information that is emitted in a microsecond and that is hardly detected.

The importance of them lies in that it will sometimes show more than we are aware that we feel and will certainly not let us lie. They are based on the seven basic emotions that established Paul Ekman : joy, sadness, anger, contempt (indifference), disgust, fear and surprise.

In terms of Public image , is a very interesting tool to determine the essence of the person. It helps to get to know each other better and thus empowers it in the process of communication with the outside world. It also allows you to exploit your skills more by knowing them and understanding their strengths.

So the next time you're talking to someone, really watch the face because surely he will be seeing you.
