Light artichoke dip

(4 portions)


INGREDIENTS

  1. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  2. 1/2 cup mayonnaise light
  3. 1/4 cup chopped onion
  4. 200 gr of artichoke hearts (can be canned)
  5. Pepper to taste
  6. 1/4 cup of bread crumb
  7. Totopos or cookies "habaneras"

 

PROCESS

1. Drain or clean the artichoke hearts and finely chop.
2. In a bowl mix the mayonnaise, cheese, artichokes and pepper.
3. In a baking dish previously sprayed with empty oil, mix the previous step.
4. Sprinkle with the ground bread and add a little spray of oil.
5. Bake at 2OO degrees centigrade for 20 minutes.
6. Wait until the surface begins to brown and the cheese boils.
7. Remove from the oven and serve in a new container decorated around with chips or cookies.
