Learn to read the labels of dairy products so you know what you are ingesting

When you decide to eat a healthy diet, you must include quality dairy products to achieve a balanced nutrition and avoid digestive problems.

That is why it is important that you learn to read the labels and the nutritional content that a yogurt gives you. For example, 1 liter of Greek-style yogurt is made from 3 liters of milk; while, in the regular one of milk produces one of yogurt.

In an interview conducted by GetQoralHealth journalists, the president of the Latin American Food Information Council, Eduardo Molina, showed the correct way to read labels.

"You should always read the amount per serving; that is, a homemade measure provides X amount of fats, sugars, calories, proteins, etc. "
