Learn about the most lethal diseases in the world

Between the diseases that are not transmissible , those of cardiovascular type (heart attacks , stroke and heart disease) are the most lethal. These have killed 17 million people in the world, reported the World Health Organization (WHO)

In his first Global Report on Non-Communicable Diseases , the WHO, says that after these diseases, they are followed by Cancer , affecting 7.6 million; respiratory diseases (asthma Y Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease COPD), 4.2 million, while the diabetes has caused 1.3 million deaths.

WHO, said that smoke , life sedentary , the abuse of alcohol and the subsistence allowance unbalanced , are responsible for the majority of deaths from coronary heart disease (which can lead to heart attacks ) and cerebrovascular (which can lead to a stroke)

In Latin America, the chronic disease with the highest incidence is the Cancer , especially that of lung in men and of mom in women.
