This type of training increases the strength of the runners when using different muscle groups, but the results depend on the inclination and the time that you do it.

When you start to do this type of training, it is normal for your body to tire quickly, but remember that the key is to maintain the same speed in the ups, downs and flat terrain, even for a short time.

With this you will not only acquire strength, you will also reduce the risk of suffering an injury.
