Instafit: The app that promises to end obesity

In Latin America there is a serious problem of overweight and obesity. According to the World Health Organization, 58%, around 360 million people, have a weight greater than recommended.

There is a clear problem to be solved and, in 2013, Oswaldo Trava and Natalia Amaya started working on it: they combined thetechnology with the best practices of physical education, nutrition and psychology.

It took us three years to really find the product that really fit the market we were targeting. At the beginning, we sold a 10-week plan through the web, "says Arturo Camargo, Head of Growth & Marketing at InstaFit.
