Insomnia decreases with aromatherapy

The insomnia it is a disorder of dream which consists of the inability or difficulty to sleep, which generates fatigue and it affects the normal life of people who suffer from it. That is why it is very important to find alternatives that help eradicate or reduce the problem, such as aromatherapy .

The lack of conciliation of dream it is a problem that affects between 10 and 30% of the adult population, and is more frequent in women and older adults. There are many causes that generate it as the stress , kind of diet , extreme temperatures, schedule changes, alcoholism , the consumption of drugs, coffee, nicotine, nightmares and depression .
