1. Abdominals . Choose those in which you work with your own weight, such as hypopressive or isometric, that way you'll have a complete muscular work

3. Back The use of strength and weight will allow a greater toning of both the back, shoulders, chest and neck, but begins with little weight but making a greater effort of muscle contraction.
 

4. Lizards . Explore all its variants to make your work more effective and practical. Initially, do not try to do them with only one arm, that you can do in more advanced stages.
 

5. Leg . Trot your own place and combine with kicks in the air, the higher you jump, the more balance you need, so it is best to coordinate and execute properly.

Exercise for 15 to 20 seconds and rest 45, before starting the next season. Repeat two laps, resting between one circuit and the next in 5 minutes.
