  3. Peanut. AND It is made from peeled peanuts and is popular in Asian dishes and also in the southern cuisine of the United States. It is used for sautéing, roasting, baking and using in fryers.
  4. Sesame. AND It is made from sesame seeds and is a product commonly used in Chinese, Korean and Indian cuisine. It is used for sautéing and sauces
  5. Vegetable. It is usually made from a combination of corn, soy or sunflower seeds and is another excellent oil to have on hand as it can be used for a large number of different cooking techniques, such as sautéing, baking, frying, marinating

It does not matter which one you use, the important thing is not to exceed the recommended dose so that you have a slender and healthy body.
