Identify if you are in the statistics!

According to information published in The Huffington Post, Chronic stress is part of the professions that aim to provide help or service, and the most common signs to identify it are:

  1. You do not have balance In your life you feel that everything is wrong, you dedicate all your time to work and you forget about yourself.
  2. Bad mood all the time. You do not enjoy any activity because everything seems wrong or you are angry, irritated, frustrated or anxious all the time.
  3. You fight against the world. People who have chronic stress do not feel the support of others and think that everyone is against them.
  4. Lack of inspiration It is the key to exhaustion, because your body and mind are tired of generating ideas and have a lack of energy.

According to researchers from Mayo Clinic , the factors that trigger chronic stress are the lack of control, unclear expectations of work, an unproductive work environment, excess of work functions, lack of social support and a notable imbalance between work and personal life.

An option to prevent the burnout syndrome from affecting your life is to analyze your attitude, seek professional support, exercise, analyze your goals and expectations and resume your passions. And you, have you felt chronic stress?
