How to know that there is intoxication?

It has happened to all of us that before we prepare the chicken we wash it, but doing so could increase the risk of food poisoning due to being susceptible to being contaminated with the Campylobacter bacteria, the main cause of diarrhea, fever, vomiting, dehydration and abdominal cramps.

The Food Standards Agency of the United Kingdom (FSA for its acronym in English) warns that although recommended practices such as washing hands and cooking meat are being followed, other risks are hidden wash the chicken raw.
