Knowing that your child has some cognitive problem completely changes the way you see life and dealing with this is complicated not only by what they say, but also because in economic terms the expenses are strong.

In Mexico there are few places to provide specialized attention, one of them is the Pro People Association with Cerebral Palsy (APAC), founded in 1970 with the purpose of providing specialized care to people with cerebral palsy and other disabilities.

This institution serves 500 poor people every day: babies, children, adults and their families; They provide psychological support, guidance in the care and education of people with cerebral palsy.

Given the increase in cases of children with cerebral palsy and other disabilities, the need arises to build larger facilities and technological equipment that helps patients to have a better quality of life, feel useful and loved. For this reason, APAC creates the "The Power to Create" campaign, in which you can participate through the platform of Anchorage .

This is a platform for fostering talent, creativity and innovation in which entrepreneurs are helped to promote their ideas and find the financing they need to be able to materialize them.

APAC seeks to build a building to offer therapy to 500 children and for this it needs to raise 1 million 800 thousand pesos, and has just over two months to achieve it.

Through the money that is collected, three gymnasiums can be built and equipped. The first will be focused on the prevention of disability and early intervention; the second will be a gym aimed at young people in secondary and high school so that they learn to be independent; and the third will be devoted to the PETO rehabilitation methodology, a Hungarian therapy also known as education led.

Babies, children, young people and their families will benefit from these facilities, and donors can attend the inauguration to meet everyone involved.

How can I contribute?

You just have to enter the page of Anchorage , register and choose the donation you wish to make. You can contribute from 150 pesos.

Those who donate 500 pesos will have a special coexistence with children of APAC; With 750 you can enjoy an anti-stress massage; 5 thousand will give you a special song of the APAC student; and 10 thousand will immortalize you in a place of honor, in one of the walls of the new building, which will host the names of the donors.
