He does not want sex?

What happens when it is he who does not want to have sex? It has been culturally disseminated that men are always predisposed to the sexual act or that, in most cases, their sexual desire is superior to that of their partner; But is it or not?

A survey conducted by Ana Alexandra Carvalheira , specialist of the Portuguese Society of Clinical Sexology , to 5 thousand 255 men in different countries through Internet, discovered that fatigue and stress are the most common factors (14%) that intervene in the decrease of male sexual desire.

However, how do you prevent this from affecting your relationship and not generating distrust and frustration? The psychiatrist and sexologist, Walter Ghedin , gives you five tips:

1. Do not give up physical contact, even if it is not specifically sexual. Caresses, cuddles, hugs, etc.

2. Alternate the erotic game and ask what each one wants the other to do.

3. Generate spaces of intimacy, of reunion.

4. Break the fear of verbalizing fantasies.

5. Speak the subject with the couple.

Remember, communication is an essential factor, not only for your family and work relationships, its importance in your relationship is decisive for the success or failure of it.

Everything is allowed to increase the sexual desire of your partner, provided that there is respect and trust. Take care and love yourself!
