Guilty for falling for the cravings?

Do you feel guilty for falling for the cravings? Maybe this does not allow you to achieve a healthier weight and a healthier lifestyle. The calories found in junk foods may be the main cause, however, your emotions directly influence your figure.

According to studies in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), being aware of your emotions and what happens in your thoughts, are the first steps you need to change strategies and move towards your goals, in this case, avoid the consumption of junk foods.

In an interview for GetQoralHealth Agustín Bravo, instructor of NLP Americas , explains some keys to avoid falling into the temptation of unhealthy cravings:

Normally, the cravings for unhealthy food and the inability to lose weight are caused by emotional problems that invade your body, such as stress, anxiety, guilt, anger, depression and grief.

It is therefore important that you acquire awareness of your emotions, that is, identify what causes you the desire to ingest that type of food or why your brain is looking for that kind of reward to feel good.
