Green juice smoothie

The green apple juice is powerful to lose weight, because it provides enough dietary fiber and combined with green vegetables and fruits can enhance their properties to lose those "extra pounds".

Green fruits have a large amount of antioxidants and nutrients that balance the diet. Generally the green apple juice can be combined with cucumber, celery, spinach, pear, kiwi, broccoli and ginger.

The idea is to purify and detoxify your organism. For this you can prepare it in 3 different ways:

 

Green juice smoothie

 

  • 1 green apple
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 slice of fresh pineapple
  • 1 celery stalk 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 cup of ice

This option is ideal for breakfast or a snack in the afternoon. First mix all the ingredients in the water in a blender at medium speed. Strain the juice to prevent skins from being shelled and then liquefy your juice with the ice.

 

Green juice shake with flaxseed

 

  • 1 green apple
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed
  • 1 glass of water
  • Honey bee

Add all the clean ingredients in the blender with the glass of water. Sweeten to taste and take it in the mornings or before sleeping, but without taking more food.

 

Detox green juice

 

  • 2 green apples
  • 2 branches of celery
  • 1 cucumber
  • Orange juice
  • 1 lemon

These ingredients should be washed and disinfected, then passed through the juice extractor. This juice is very useful if you drink it in the morning and another little in the afternoon.
