Unfortunately, to obtain the benefits of exercise In our body and health it is not enough to desire it. Beyond the purpose, the organism needs movement and this can be achieved through simple actions and forms.

According to a study conducted by the National Institute of Statistics and Geography INEGI in collaboration with the National Sports Commission (Conade), 56.2% of Mexicans older than 18 do not make any physical activity , 18% have never practiced any exercise in their free time.
