With these tips we seek to increase happiness, as well as take care of the health of people interested in following them, by preventing different diseases through a healthy lifestyle.

  1. Healthy weight: To achieve this, take care that your diet is varied to avoid lack of nutrients, safe and appetizing.
  2. Moderates the consumption of alcohol. The less you drink drinks of this type you will feel better and avoid liver disease.

  3. Exercise. Any physical activity of your preference will help you to have a good physical condition. From climbing the stairs to running an hour a day ensures a healthier life.
  4. Avoid alcohol and drug use . These are some of the triggers of diseases such as cancer. Reduce your presence in contaminated spaces.

  5. Do not abuse medications. Make a responsible use of drugs and never self-medicate.
  6. Take care of your sexuality Maintain adequate protection to prevent diseases and infections that damage your physical and mental integrity. Get regular medical checkups.

  7. Take care of the sun. With only half an hour of exposure you can cover our physiological needs, however, protect yourself with a product that blocks ultraviolet rays, long-sleeved shirts or hats.
  8. Drive responsibly. Never drink alcoholic beverages when you are going to drive. Use the seat belt and avoid the use of cell phones, because it is a distractor that can cause a serious accident.
