According to a study conducted by the University of Utah People who work in their garden or belong to one of the community have a significantly lower body mass index than their neighbors, partners or relatives, and their chances of gaining weight are reduced by almost half.

Published in the magazine American Journal of Public Health, Research indicates that women who practice gardening are 46% less likely to be overweight and obese, in the case of men it is 62%.

This one was integrated by people who had family kinship and others who did not own it; However, all shared a common environment: food, shops and the economic situation, the only difference was that some practiced gardening.
