Fruits that cause inflammation

If after eating apples, pears or pineapple you feel your belly swollen is because there fruits that cause inflammation .

Although fruits are foods rich in nutrients and vitamins some of them can cause bloating, gas and belching because they contain a type of sugar called sorbitol.

Recent studies of the American College of Gastroenterology warn that eating certain fruits and vegetables can cause abdominal distension, a condition that many people present after eating.
