Forget about restrictive diets when you train

A few days ago, while I trained in the gym , I was wondering why many people took supplements in their drinks or food, apparently in order to make muscle faster.

When I found out about it, they explained to me that it is not necessary to ingest chemical products; which is actually better eat healthy , and include high foods in protein and low in fat.

I tried Chobani, which is a Greek style yogurt and it turns out that if I drink a cup before training It gives me a lot of energy, and my coach recommended me to eat another portion before they pass two hours of my session ended
